White Goods
What is a White Good?
Major kitchen or laundry appliance, including but not limited to stove, washers, refrigerators, dryers, hot water tanks. The following are not White Goods: microwave ovens, televisions.
Mattresses and Boxsprings:
They will no longer be picked up with regular trash. They will now be recycled.
You may arrange for pick up by calling Waste Management at 463-6215. There will be no charge.
How to dispose of a White Good:
As of July 1, 2005 there will no longer be a fee for picking up White Goods (appliances) or mattresses and box springs.
You may call Waste Management at 463-6215 to arrange a pick up, but there will be no charge.
