The Assessment Division is a part of the Finance Department. The division is responsible for the valuation of all property (real and personal) in the city, recording and maintenance of all real estate transfers and personal exemptions available to the taxpayers.

Information regarding all properties is available in the office. The last revaluation of all property was completed December 31, 2011 for the 2012 tax roll. All real estate assessments reflect values as of that date.
